Before your first appointment, I will send you a link with a unique password to get started and set up your profile. Everything is done online so no need to print or bring anything in on your first visit. Couldn’t be easier!

Here is a list of some other ways you can prepare for our first meeting whether it is a consultation or full session:
- Have a pad of paper, journal, or notebook ready to write things down
- List the things you want to talk about or important points you want to bring up
- List the questions you have or things you’re wondering about
- Have some water, tissue, snacks or other comfort items handy
